Base Salary
$200k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to translate review workflows into agent capabilities.
- Design, ship, and operate systems that analyze large-scale time-series data.
- Build dependable tools for agents, including context management and execution environments.
- Develop distributed systems for real-time agent operations.
- Create job-based execution systems for managing agent workloads on Kubernetes.
- Maintain Sift’s MCP server for querying telemetry data.
- Design and implement APIs for agentic capabilities.
- Build evaluation suites to measure agent performance and quality.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Experience in owning product areas and engaging with customers.
- Proficiency in building APIs and complex backend services using Go, Python, Rust, or similar.
- Knowledge of distributed systems fundamentals.
- Curiosity about new AI products and technologies.
