Base Salary
$170k - $210k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build infrastructure that orchestrates, evaluates, and runs sub-agents, including channel adapters for intelligence flows.
- Develop LLM tool-call chains, browser agents, and self-improving harnesses, turning experimental prototypes into production tools and products.
- Take technologies from first-principles research through product development, customer shipment, and ownership through graduation.
- Establish best practices for code quality, testing, deployment, and observability.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, and clinical experts to deliver intuitive solutions for clinical environments.
- Own initiatives in a fast-moving R&D environment that deploys daily and makes rapid decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience is required.
- Professional software engineering experience, preferably in a high-growth or startup environment, is required.
- Strong full-stack skills are required, including Python on the backend, JavaScript and React on the frontend, and working knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
- Hands-on experience integrating LLM APIs or building AI-powered features in production is required.
- A track record of driving work from early ideation through successful production deployment is required.
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, communication, and resourcefulness skills are required.
- Experience working in fast-moving environments where rapid shipping is expected is required.
