Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of AI product features.
- Drive system design for AI-backed experiences.
- Elevate product quality through iteration and evaluation.
- Lead technical direction within a product area.
- Mentor and raise the engineering bar.
- Accelerate team velocity through AI-assisted development.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building and scaling product-facing systems.
- Proficient in writing clean, maintainable code, preferably in Python.
- High bar for product quality and user satisfaction.
- Experience with AI/LLM-powered systems or ability to ramp up quickly.
- Strong ownership of projects from idea to production.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
