Responsibilities

Design and iterate on AI agents and workflow orchestrations using ElevenAgents, Claude, and n8n.
Integrate AI systems with Salesforce, Slack, Ashby, and other core business tools.
Build reusable automation services, patterns, and shared templates for internal teams.
Own experiments end-to-end by identifying opportunities, building solutions, and measuring impact.
Develop evaluation and monitoring frameworks to make AI workflows reliable, auditable, and safe.
Partner with GTM, Operations, and Finance teams to discover problems and ship production automations.

Proven experience building and shipping production automations or applications.
Strong familiarity with LLM capabilities, prompting strategies, RAG patterns, and agentic workflows.
Strong Python and SQL skills, plus knowledge of APIs, webhooks, orchestration layers, and system design patterns.
A systems-thinking approach incorporating security, auditability, and blast-radius considerations.
Hands-on experience operating cloud infrastructure, preferably GCP, along with Kubernetes, Docker, and enterprise authentication flows.
Ability to independently identify opportunities, propose solutions, and deliver them in production.
