Responsibilities

Design and iterate on AI agents and workflow orchestrations using ElevenAgents, Claude, and n8n.
Integrate AI systems with Salesforce, Slack, Ashby, and other business systems.
Build reusable automation services, patterns, and shared templates for internal teams.
Own automation experiments end-to-end, from identifying opportunities through measuring impact.
Develop evaluation and monitoring frameworks for reliable, auditable, and safe AI-native workflows.
Partner with GTM, Operations, and Finance teams to transform manual processes into production systems.

Proven experience building and shipping production automations or applications.
Strong familiarity with LLM capabilities, prompting strategies, RAG patterns, and agentic workflows.
Deep backend expertise with Python, SQL, APIs, webhooks, and orchestration layers.
Experience designing systems with security, auditability, and blast radius considerations.
Hands-on experience operating cloud infrastructure, preferably GCP, along with Kubernetes and Docker.
Experience with enterprise authentication flows and a proactive approach to identifying and shipping solutions.
