Base Salary
$170k - $240k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build LLM-powered automation that determines how to fix denied claims, including evaluations, dry runs, and audit trails.
- Design safety guardrails for identity, payer type, duplicate prevention, quality assurance, and production release workflows.
- Scale an explainable, idempotent rule engine supporting configurable conditions and actions at high transaction volumes.
- Build observability dashboards for resubmission approval rates, cycle times, and failure rates across insurance types, denial categories, and sites.
- Automatically generate appeal letters and medical-record packets with validation scoring for unattended submission.
- Deliver a unified console for managing billing, pre-submission validation, adjustment, and other automation rules.
- Contribute to the RCM platform’s architecture, tools, and technical direction.
- Own end-to-end integration workflows from design and development through deployment and post-launch monitoring.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and healthcare teams to define integration requirements and prioritize work.
- Mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, uphold engineering best practices, and drive architectural improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent extensive experience.
- 5+ years of professional software development industry experience.
- Proficiency with TypeScript and React for frontend development.
- Proficiency with Python or Go for backend development.
- Experience with Git, GCP or AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, databases, and monitoring or alerting tools.
- Proven ability to design and implement end-to-end solutions and make successful architectural decisions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
