Base Salary
$170k - $240k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build LLM-powered automation for fixing denied claims.
- Design safety guardrails for automation processes.
- Scale a rule engine for high transaction volumes.
- Create observability tools for monitoring edge cases.
- Automatically generate appeal letters and medical-record packets.
- Deliver a unified automation console for operations management.
- Contribute to the technical direction of the RCM platform.
- Take ownership of end-to-end integration workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical approaches.
- Mentor and guide engineers in technical excellence.
- Conduct in-depth code reviews and drive architectural improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in frontend languages like Typescript and React.
- Proficiency in backend languages like Python or Go.
- Experience with Git, GCP/AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and databases.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing end-to-end solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
