Base Salary
$230k - $390k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build reporting and experimentation systems for analyzing and visualizing millions of data points about AI agent performance.
- Enable agent developers to run A/B tests and make data-driven decisions about agent behavior.
- Develop Explorer, an AI-powered conversational data exploration and clustering tool.
- Build monitoring systems that proactively identify agent defects and new patterns.
Requirements
- Have at least 4 years of hands-on experience building production products and systems.
- Build and ship full-stack solutions.
- Hold a degree in Computer Science or a related field, or have equivalent professional experience.
- Demonstrate a passion for frontier AI products and the motivation to work autonomously in a high-agency environment.
- Preferred qualifications include experience building AI-powered products, a strong eye for design, and experience with Go and TypeScript.
- Preferred qualifications include experience building developer tooling, programming languages, or databases.
- Technical project or team leadership experience is preferred.
