Base Salary
$150k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build high-throughput systems that capture events from client desktop environments.
- Develop privacy protections and redaction workflows for sensitive data.
- Model recorded work as structured process knowledge.
- Build coding-agent capabilities that generate automation software and support production deployment.
- Work directly with customers to install desktop agents, map workflows, and build and ship automations.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience shipping production software and owning features from design through deployment.
- Experience building LLM or AI-agent functionality for production systems.
- Strong full-stack or backend skills in TypeScript, Python, Go, Rust, or similar languages.
- Interest in an intense early-stage role with founding-level ownership and comfort working through ambiguity.
- Experience with high-throughput or high-concurrency systems, Rust, desktop applications or agents, coding agents, or code generation is valuable.
- Familiarity with Next.js, PostgreSQL, Azure, Tauri, or Windows desktop agents is useful.
Benefits
- Base salary plus 0.5% to 1.5% equity.
