Responsibilities
- Build AI agents that autonomously navigate websites and execute complex workflows.
- Develop browser automation solutions using Playwright, Selenium, or similar frameworks.
- Design agent architectures using LLMs, tool calling, memory, and planning capabilities.
- Integrate AI agents with APIs, SaaS platforms, and internal systems.
- Improve agent reliability through evaluation, testing, monitoring, and guardrails.
- Optimize agent performance, scalability, and operational cost.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify and automate high-value workflows.
- Stay current on emerging agent frameworks, models, and AI technologies.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of software engineering experience building production systems.
- At least 1 year of experience building agentic workflows.
- Strong Python programming skills.
- Experience with LLMs, agent frameworks, and browser automation tools.
- Experience integrating APIs and third-party services.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP.
- A BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or a related field.
- Startup experience and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are preferred.
