Base Salary
$165k - $291k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop agentic AI solutions and robust integrations using Genesys Cloud capabilities.
- Build scalable, high-performance backend applications with Go.
- Create responsive frontend and full-stack components with JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Deploy and manage containerized applications using Kubernetes on AWS.
- Integrate Genesys Cloud APIs to enhance customer experience workflows.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability in cloud-native environments.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and UX designers on technical requirements and delivery.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior engineers.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of professional software development experience and two or more years working with AI solutions.
- Hands-on agentic AI development experience, including RAG, RAG pipelines, and the MCP framework.
- Proficiency in Go for backend development and strong JavaScript and TypeScript experience for frontend and full-stack applications.
- Strong experience with system prompt engineering and tool-use configuration and tuning.
- Hands-on Kubernetes experience and experience deploying cloud-native solutions on AWS.
- Understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful API design.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Preferred qualifications include Genesys Cloud or comparable customer experience platform integrations, UX exposure, open-source contributions, GitHub work, Docker, Terraform, AWS-native services, and DevOps tooling experience.
