Responsibilities
- Design and evolve scalable, maintainable application architectures.
- Participate in technical decision-making, solution design, and integration planning.
- Develop backend services and APIs using Java and Spring Boot.
- Collaborate with architects and senior technical leaders on architecture best practices.
- Contribute to CI/CD, automated testing, observability, monitoring, logging, and security practices.
- Deliver integrations with internal and external systems with attention to interoperability, security, and performance.
- Evaluate technologies and propose improvements for technical and business challenges.
- Own technical deliverables while increasing autonomy in solution design and architectural thinking.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot.
- Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, system integrations, messaging technologies, and event-driven architectures.
- Experience with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Linux, and application servers such as Tomcat.
- Preferred experience with React development.
- Experience designing and implementing scalable software solutions.
- Understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and modern development practices.
- Knowledge of observability, monitoring, logging, testing, and security practices.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, collaboration, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Fluent Portuguese and professional English.
