Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications using React.js and Java Spring Boot.
- Build and maintain integrations between internal and external systems.
- Contribute to requirements analysis, technical design, development, testing, release, and production support activities.
- Investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis, and support critical production environments.
- Apply code quality, unit testing, integration testing, debugging, and secure coding practices.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, release management, planned deployments, and on-call support.
Requirements
- University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in software engineering or full stack development roles.
- Experience with React.js, JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML, CSS, Java, Spring Boot, REST API design and integrations, SQL, and relational databases.
- Knowledge of authentication and authorization concepts, including OpenID Connect, and secure coding practices.
- Production support, incident management, Agile delivery, banking or financial markets, and regulated-environment experience are valued.
- Professional English at C1 level is mandatory; French and/or Dutch is a plus.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, adaptability, and willingness to provide on-call support and planned deployment coverage.
- Must be Lisbon/Portugal-based and hold a valid work permit or EU/Schengen nationality to work legally in Portugal.
