Responsibilities
- Design and develop large-scale distributed backend services using Java or Python.
- Lead the architecture and core implementation of LLM- and multimodal-model-based multi-agent systems.
- Build long-running hosted agents, sandbox execution environments, layered context management, persistent storage, and function-calling orchestration.
- Deliver complex Agent and RAG systems from solution design through production deployment.
- Translate advances in memory, long context, planning, tool use, model serving, and self-harness into production systems.
- Contribute to GenAI video creative, AI operations, ranking improvement, and AI-native SDLC platforms.
Requirements
- Strong theoretical and practical experience developing and deploying large-scale distributed backend systems.
- Proficiency in Java or Python and understanding of asynchronous processing, concurrency, idempotency, rate limiting, code quality, and maintainability.
- Knowledge and practical understanding of large-model architecture, attention mechanisms, MoE, model serving, and current LLM technologies.
- Hands-on experience designing and delivering multi-agent, Agent, or RAG systems in production; self-harness experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with at least one agent-development framework, including LangChain, LangGraph, Deerflow, Claude Code, or Hermes.
- Strong software architecture and design-pattern skills, with some ability to understand or work with open-source framework source code.
- Computer science, mathematics, physics, electronics, or a related technical background is preferred.
- Strong learning ability, structured problem-solving skills, and the ability to independently deliver business results.
