Responsibilities

Administer, maintain, and lifecycle-manage DevSecOps tools including Black Duck Hub, Coverity, Contrast, Jenkins, and SonarQube.
Plan and execute upgrades and patches while ensuring tools and underlying infrastructure remain secure, current, and free of known vulnerabilities.
Enforce bank policies, industry standards, security best practices, and audit readiness across the toolchain.
Develop automation for tool configuration, deployment, monitoring, and workflow optimization.
Monitor tool health and performance, troubleshoot integrations and access issues, and maintain high availability and reliability.
Implement AI-driven capabilities for security scanning, anomaly detection, code quality analysis, predictive issue identification, and proactive incident management.
Maintain technical documentation and conduct training sessions and workshops for development and operations teams.

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
At least 10 years of hands-on experience in DevOps engineering and tool administration.
Strong knowledge of SAST, SCA, DAST, IAST, application security, and secure software development practices.
Experience with Black Duck Hub, Coverity, Contrast, Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence, Nexus Repository Manager, Jenkins, and SonarQube.
Proven experience managing upgrades and maintaining secure, compliant tool versions.
Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and automation.
Experience with Linux/Unix systems and Shell, Python, or Groovy scripting.
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is advantageous.
Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
