Base Salary
$190k - $252k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced tracking algorithms for air and missile threats.
- Develop high-performance, real-time software systems for radar sensor data processing.
- Build modeling and simulation environments to validate tracking performance.
- Collaborate with radar engineers to integrate tracking solutions into defense systems.
- Optimize tracking software for performance-critical environments.
- Communicate technical concepts to cross-functional teams and customers.
- Participate in customer demonstrations and field tests.
Requirements
- 8 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
- Strong programming skills in C++ and Python.
- Solid foundation in mathematics including linear algebra and statistics.
- Understanding of software engineering fundamentals.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Top Secret SCI security clearance.
