Responsibilities
- Design scalable and performant applications and systems leveraging MongoDB.
- Guide customers on architecture patterns and optimization strategies.
- Collaborate with the sales team to drive account success and manage technical aspects.
- Proactively generate demand through technical initiatives and participation in events.
- Foster strong customer relationships to ensure success and satisfaction.
- Continuously seek opportunities to innovate and improve MongoDB solutions.
- Engage in ongoing training and professional development.
Requirements
- 8 to 11 years of related industry experience, with at least 3 years in a customer-facing role.
- Minimum of 3 years experience with modern scripting or programming languages.
- Experience implementing scalable and highly available distributed systems.
- Demonstrated ability to review complex architectures and provide improvement guidance.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with a cross-functional sales team on deal cycles.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Fluency in English and one additional language such as Mandarin or Bahasa Indonesia.
