Responsibilities
- Design scalable and performant applications and systems leveraging MongoDB.
- Guide customers on architecture patterns and optimization strategies.
- Collaborate with the sales team to drive account success and manage technical aspects.
- Proactively generate demand through technical initiatives and participation in events.
- Foster strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and success.
- Continuously seek opportunities to innovate MongoDB solutions and mentor team members.
- Engage in ongoing training to stay updated on MongoDB products and industry trends.
Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of related industry experience, with at least 2 years in a customer-facing role.
- Minimum of 2 years experience with modern scripting or programming languages.
- Experience implementing scalable and highly available distributed systems.
- Ability to review complex application architectures and provide improvement guidance.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills for conveying technical concepts.
- Experience working with cross-functional sales teams on deal cycles.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Fluency in Mandarin, both verbal and written.
