Base Salary
$135k - $155k/yr
Responsibilities
- Plan, shape, and build new product features from conception and research through implementation and maintenance.
- Instrument onboarding experiences and iterate on activation flows to drive adoption.
- Improve application performance and reliability and polish existing features.
- Enhance functionality such as spell-checker dictionary synchronization and search indexing for file attachments.
- Build internal tools and scripts that improve team simplicity and productivity.
- Collaborate with teammates and cross-functional partners to deliver user impact.
Requirements
- Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- Must graduate by December 2026 and be able to start full time in January or February 2027.
- Previous internship experience is required.
- Working proficiency in one or more programming languages such as TypeScript, Node.js, or Python.
- Ability to build and maintain quality user interfaces with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and a modern UI framework such as React.
- Familiarity with backend systems, data models, and database systems such as Postgres, MySQL, or MongoDB.
- Experience with React, TypeScript, Node.js, Postgres, and Elasticsearch is preferred.
- Interest in building software solutions and in the relationship between technology and society is valued.
