Base Salary
$170k - $285k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with customers to build end-to-end agentic workflows.
- Work on building voice AI, browser agents, and generative AI features.
- Build traditional full-stack features, tools, and automations to support agentic products.
- Lead both 0-1 projects and 1-X initiatives.
- Develop deep expertise in RCM workflows to empathize with users and inform engineering decisions.
Requirements
- Strong product-minded full-stack engineers with backend expertise.
- Ability to work directly with customers to solve problems rather than just following specs.
- Excitement for building in an underserved industry like healthcare billing and revenue cycle management.
- Willingness to wear different hats and tackle any necessary tasks.
- High agency with minimal need for instruction to achieve results.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
