Responsibilities
- Create production and non-production cloud environments using appropriate platform tools.
- Deploy automation pipelines and automate environment creation and configuration.
- Design and build custom Oracle AI solutions for Oracle Order Management scenarios using OCI AI services and Oracle data platforms.
- Implement end-to-end RAG and agent patterns, including ingestion, chunking, embeddings, vector search, reranking, grounded generation, and citations.
- Define evaluation and quality gates, including grounding checks, regression tests, and red-team prompts, and integrate them into CI/CD before go-live.
- Engineer secure-by-design deployments with OCI IAM policies, network isolation, secrets management, and audit logging.
- Operate AI systems in production with SLOs, monitoring, incident playbooks, and continuous optimization.
- Manage prompt and version control, evaluation harnesses, monitoring, and FinOps cost controls.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience is required.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Oracle Order Management expertise is required.
- Experience with OCI Generative AI and Data Science foundations, vector databases, and embeddings.
- Experience with Oracle data integration and governance, including PII classification, access control, and lineage.
- Strong engineering experience in Oracle Order Management processes and data context.
- Ability to take proofs of concept through production with governance and reliability.
- Experience with LLMOps, prompt and version control, evaluation harnesses, monitoring, and FinOps cost controls.
