Responsibilities
- Design and build Microsoft Copilot Studio agents with topics, trigger phrases, entities, variables, conversation flows, generative orchestration, knowledge sources, and generative answers.
- Build and maintain Power Automate flows and connect agents to line-of-business systems and backend processes.
- Configure and consume MCP Server tool or plugin connections to extend agent capabilities.
- Publish and test agents across Teams, web, and custom application channels while managing dev-test-prod environments and ALM practices.
- Use Azure AI Foundry for model selection, prompt engineering, grounding patterns, RAG, and agentic workflows when needed.
- Test and troubleshoot topics, flows, tool integrations, connectors, and conversational breakdowns.
- Apply responsible AI practices, including bias, safety, and hallucination checks, and collaborate on agent design, security, reviews, and ALM alignment.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, including topics, generative orchestration, knowledge sources, publishing, and ALM.
- Working knowledge of Power Automate for automation and agent integration.
- Experience configuring MCP Server or tool connections.
- Working familiarity with Azure AI Foundry, model selection, prompt engineering, and grounding patterns such as RAG and agentic workflows.
- Understanding of responsible AI principles and bias and safety validation practices.
- Agile delivery experience and strong debugging and conversational-flow troubleshooting skills are preferred.
