Responsibilities
- Design and build Copilot Studio agents with topics, trigger phrases, entities, variables, and conversation flows.
- Configure generative orchestration, knowledge sources, and generative answers to ground agent responses.
- Build and maintain Power Automate flows for agent actions, backend processes, and line-of-business integrations.
- Implement and consume MCP Server tool and plugin connections to extend agent capabilities.
- Configure and test agent publishing across Teams, web, and custom application channels.
- Manage development, test, and production environments and associated ALM practices.
- Tune agent behavior, instructions, and prompts and use Azure AI Foundry for advanced model selection or custom grounding.
- Test topics, flows, and integrations; troubleshoot conversational breakdowns and connector or plugin issues.
- Apply responsible AI practices, including bias, safety, and hallucination checks.
- Collaborate with architects and team leads on agent design, security, ALM alignment, and reviews.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, including topics, generative orchestration, knowledge sources, publishing, and ALM.
- Working knowledge of Power Automate for flow-based automation and Copilot Studio integration.
- Experience configuring MCP Server and tool connections.
- Working familiarity with Azure AI Foundry, model selection, prompt engineering, and grounding patterns such as RAG and agentic workflows.
- Understanding of responsible AI principles and bias and safety validation practices.
- Strong debugging and conversational-flow troubleshooting skills.
- Agile delivery experience is preferred.
- React.js, .NET full-stack development, and Microsoft Foundry are good-to-have skills.
- 15 years of full-time education are required.
