Responsibilities
- Design and deliver internal operational tools for status reporting, headcount management, and automated roadmapping.
- Apply large language models, coding agents, and low-code frameworks to automate complex manual workflows.
- Integrate Jira, Confluence, Workday, and enterprise data warehouse systems through APIs.
- Prototype AI-enabled solutions that reduce operational friction and scale effectively.
- Evaluate whether to build custom software, implement low-code workflows, or extend existing SaaS platforms.
- Mentor team members and communicate technical solutions to engineering and business operations stakeholders.
Requirements
- Background in software engineering with proficiency in Python or TypeScript.
- Experience creating full-stack internal tools.
- Hands-on experience using artificial intelligence tools, coding agents, and low-code frameworks to deliver production-ready software.
- Experience integrating systems through APIs and designing clean data structures.
- Experience working with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or enterprise data warehouses.
- Strong product mindset, rapid-prototyping orientation, curiosity about organizational design, and communication skills across technical and operations audiences.
