Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic direction and leadership throughout sales pursuits.
  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor and architect solutions for customer needs during the sales cycle.
  • Lead discovery workshops, solution design, RFP responses, demonstrations, business value articulation, and executive presentations.
  • Support sales-to-delivery handoffs and implementation kickoffs.
  • Partner with product management to communicate product offerings and value propositions.
  • Track and analyze sales engineering metrics and implement performance improvements within the Americas.
  • Help shape go-to-market strategies and support major airline transformation programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of progressively senior leadership experience.
  • Hands-on experience in Pricing & Revenue Management and related areas, using Sabre or competitor solutions.
  • Extensive understanding of aviation markets, Airline IT competition, and trends and challenges in modern retailing.
  • Proven experience leading pre-sales engagements at the C-level.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams in a global matrix organization and build internal and external relationships.
  • Professional presence, business acumen, and articulate, persuasive oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to operate with extensive latitude and overcome challenges resourcefully.
