Base Salary
$200k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain the infrastructure that powers reliable data collection at scale.
- Improve success rates against sites with aggressive defenses.
- Own the health, rotation, and cost efficiency of the proxy layer.
- Push throughput and reliability under heavy, spiky, real-world load.
- Debug hard, intermittent failures across the stack and ensure they stay fixed.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in backend, networking, or infrastructure engineering.
- Experience with networking, proxies, or high-throughput backend systems.
- Relentless focus on reliability and comfort in messy, adversarial problem spaces.
- Ability to own a system end to end and maintain it in production.
- Preference for shipping, measuring, and iterating over perfecting on paper.
