Responsibilities
- Architect and implement enterprise-grade agentic AI solutions on Microsoft Azure with defined data flows, component architecture, and resource optimization.
- Build and optimize LLM-powered applications and retrieval-augmented generation pipelines using Azure OpenAI and Azure AI Search.
- Design and deploy multi-agent systems using Semantic Kernel, LangChain, and custom orchestration layers.
- Implement responsible AI governance, compliance controls, monitoring, model evaluation, risk mitigation, and security controls.
- Lead solution design sessions and stakeholder engagement with enterprise clients, senior business stakeholders, and executive audiences.
- Develop AI strategy and translate complex architectures into clear narratives for technical and business audiences.
Requirements
- Proven hands-on expertise with Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, and Azure Machine Learning, including end-to-end delivery from prototyping through production.
- Deep knowledge of LLM engineering and RAG architectures, including Azure AI Search and Azure-native data services.
- Strong proficiency in Python and Azure SDKs, with experience building, deploying, and tuning AI applications.
- Hands-on experience with Semantic Kernel and/or Azure-integrated LangChain for multi-agent orchestration.
- Advanced prompt engineering, grounding, model performance tuning, and response quality optimization skills.
- Experience with Azure Databricks, Azure Synapse, vector store integrations, embeddings, and Azure AI Search vector capabilities is preferred.
- Knowledge of Responsible AI, compliance controls, risk mitigation, and model governance in regulated enterprise environments is preferred.
- Ability to lead executive-level architecture discussions and influence enterprise AI transformation strategy is preferred.
- Familiarity with autonomous planning, tool-use frameworks, and emerging agentic AI orchestration research is preferred.
