Responsibilities
- Build full-stack product functionality including React dashboards, APIs, and backend services
- Develop MCP tools and integrations that extend the agent’s capabilities
- Implement agent loops and orchestration logic governing actions, sequencing, and human escalation
- Create and maintain system prompts as engineering artifacts
- Design evaluations and experiments to measure and improve reliability in real-world usage
- Use GROQ to provide the agent with a deep understanding of structured content
- Shape the future of Content Agent in collaboration with product and design
Requirements
- Strong TypeScript and React experience with comfort across frontend, APIs, and backend development
- Experience shipping LLM-based systems in production
- Ability to reason about agent capabilities, user intent, edge cases, failure modes, tools, escalation, and architecture
- Strong written communication and ability to craft precise system prompts
- Comfort with probabilistic systems, experiments, evaluations, statistical analysis, and aggregate reliability trends
- Experience with or genuine curiosity about MCP, tool-use patterns, and agent architectures
- Ability to work in London or Oslo and attend the office 2–3 days per week
