Responsibilities
- Design, build, and productionize reliable and scalable AI-enabled platforms and intelligent workflows.
- Develop engineering systems that apply emerging AI capabilities to quantitative investment problems.
- Design AI-first processes and apply AI-assisted development methods in practical production settings.
- Work collaboratively with software engineers, researchers, and portfolio managers.
- Apply strong system design, software architecture, testing, deployment, and operational reliability practices.
Requirements
- Strong software engineering fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience applying AI coding tools, LLMs, agents, or AI-assisted development workflows.
- Ability to design AI-first processes.
- Experience building production-grade systems using AI-assisted development methods.
- Strong understanding of system design, software architecture, testing, deployment, and operational reliability.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Mature, thoughtful, collaborative, team-oriented approach and a strong delivery mindset.
