Responsibilities
- Build reliable and scalable AI-enabled platforms, intelligent workflows, and engineering systems.
- Develop LLM-powered applications, AI agents, multi-agent workflows, tool-using systems, and retrieval-augmented generation solutions.
- Translate ambiguous business, research, and engineering workflows into robust, measurable AI-first solutions.
- Shape technical architecture and establish engineering standards for agentic systems.
- Apply AI-assisted development practices and mentor others in their effective use.
- Collaborate with engineers, quantitative researchers, and platform teams on investment-focused software products.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional software engineering experience delivering production-grade systems.
- Hands-on experience building or deploying LLM-powered applications, AI agents, multi-agent workflows, tool-using systems, retrieval-augmented generation, or AI-enabled developer platforms.
- Experience building production-grade systems using AI-assisted development methods.
- Strong understanding of system design, software architecture, testing, deployment, and operational reliability.
- Ability to turn ambiguous workflows into robust and measurable AI-first solutions.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Collaborative, thoughtful, and delivery-oriented working style.
