Responsibilities
- Design and build data platforms, full-stack application architectures, and agentic AI platforms from discovery through production deployment.
- Own the end-to-end technical design of complex projects, ensuring scalability, security, and alignment with client objectives.
- Conduct technical scoping, support account growth, and design viable solutions while remaining hands-on with delivery.
- Serve as the primary technical interface for client CTOs, Heads of Engineering, and Transformation Leaders.
- Define and implement networking, data acquisition, security, guardrail, and AI/data workload orchestration strategies.
- Collaborate with delivery leads, AI and data engineers, and commercial teams to execute projects cohesively.
Requirements
- Proven experience designing, solutioning, and deploying agentic platforms and AI systems into production.
- Deep understanding of AI evaluation methodologies and guardrail implementations.
- Hands-on experience with Google ADK, LangGraph, Gemini, Claude, Cloud SQL, Firestore, BigQuery, Postgres, OpenTelemetry, guardrails, and LLM gateways.
- Mastery of data preparation, data acquisition, and orchestration strategies for data and AI workloads.
- Strong background in data platform infrastructure or full-stack application architecture, with awareness of application design and UX principles.
- Advanced proficiency in cloud security, networking, and production deployment environments.
- Prior hands-on experience building and deploying platforms, advising senior stakeholders, and presenting complex technical concepts clearly.
- Ability to manage ambiguity, competing priorities, and tight delivery timelines while taking ownership of project outcomes.
- Preferred experience working in Google Cloud environments and in high-growth startups, scale-ups, or enterprise transformation settings.
