Base Salary
$147k - $196k/yr
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve problems in the Teleport product and customer environments.
- Design customer architecture and advocate for best practices during deployments.
- Lead technical discussions during customer onboarding sync calls.
- Create and maintain cloud and Kubernetes environments for feature demonstrations.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction throughout the onboarding process.
- Deploy, test, and validate new features and customer issues in various environments.
- Document customer use cases and triage escalations in collaboration with Product and Development.
- Plan, build, and maintain training for new users to facilitate successful migration.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a closely related field.
- 2 years of experience in a related technical occupation.
- 2 years in customer-facing software onboarding or system administration roles.
- Knowledge of Linux administration and major public cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Familiarity with security principles including SSH, PKI, 2FA, SSO, and RBAC.
- Strong software troubleshooting, testing, and debugging skills.
