Base Salary
$225k - $315k/yr
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers throughout the pre-sales and onboarding lifecycle.
- Lead PoCs, architectural workshops, presentations, and training sessions on GPU cloud technologies.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their business requirements and translate them into scalable solution architectures.
- Design and document Infrastructure as Code solutions and reference architectures.
- Help customers optimize ML pipeline performance and scalability for efficient cloud resource utilization.
- Act as a cross-functional technical expert, bridging product, technical support, and marketing teams.
- Represent the company at external events including hackathons, conferences, and webinars.
Requirements
- 5–10+ years of experience as a Cloud Solutions Architect or similar technical role focused on cloud computing.
- Strong hands-on experience with IaC tools (Terraform/Ansible), Kubernetes, and Python.
- Solid understanding of GPU computing for ML training and inference workloads.
- Excellent communication skills for explaining complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Customer-centric mindset with a track record of building trusted advisor relationships.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis without visa sponsorship.
