Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize Cloud Avenue IaaS infrastructure for production workloads.
- Develop scalable, resilient, secure, and cost-efficient cloud infrastructure solutions.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using Infrastructure-as-Code tools.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to improve deployment pipelines and infrastructure reliability.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production infrastructure issues while maintaining architecture and operational documentation.
- Enforce cloud security, compliance, and governance best practices.
- Lead technical crisis response, incident coordination, escalation, root cause analysis, corrective actions, simulations, and recovery planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in different cloud infrastructure roles.
- Extensive experience designing and managing IaaS infrastructure in cloud environments.
- Strong knowledge of Cloud Avenue infrastructure components, including storage, backup, and compute.
- Proficiency with Terraform, CloudFormation, or equivalent Infrastructure-as-Code tools.
- Experience with virtualization, networking, storage, and security in cloud IaaS environments.
- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, teamwork, and crisis-management abilities.
