Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage multi-cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Automate provisioning, scaling, and maintenance with Terraform, Ansible, and CloudFormation.
- Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines with testing, security scans, and quality gates.
- Operate monitoring, alerting, logging, capacity planning, load testing, cost optimization, backup, and disaster recovery systems.
- Enforce IAM, secrets, network policies, cloud security, and compliance practices.
- Lead incident response, root-cause analysis, runbook development, post-mortems, and on-call operations.
- Mentor engineers, collaborate cross-functionally, and promote DevOps culture and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Engineering roles with production-grade infrastructure.
- Proficiency with at least one of AWS, Azure, or GCP and hands-on experience with Terraform, Ansible, and CloudFormation.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes, including EKS, AKS, or GKE.
- Experience with Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, and ArgoCD for CI/CD.
- Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, CloudWatch, Datadog, Loki, or Fluentd for monitoring and logging.
- Scripting experience in Bash, Python, Go, or Ruby.
- Knowledge of networking, IAM, cloud security, databases, troubleshooting, incident response, and disaster recovery planning.
- Experience with RDS, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
- Strong communication and mentoring abilities; familiarity with Agile/Scrum and SDLC.
- Preferred certifications include AWS DevOps Pro, CKA, Azure DevOps Expert, and Google Cloud DevOps Engineer.
