Base Salary
$119k - $155k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead initiatives to build new features and maintain systems for Xometry’s buyer experience.
- Actively code, troubleshoot, and provide hands-on technical leadership.
- Guide, supervise, teach, and mentor engineers on the team.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor others on effective review practices.
- Establish strong coding patterns and software designs.
- Deliver high-quality software aligned with customer expectations and business timelines.
- Prioritize and support unit and integration testing.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of software development experience in a fast-paced, product-driven environment.
- Strong full-stack experience with Python, React, TypeScript, HTML, DOM, CSS, SQL, MongoDB, Docker, Kubernetes, and preferably AWS.
- E-commerce or marketplace product experience is highly desired.
- Strong technical expertise with the ability to make code changes aligned with future strategy and roadmap.
- Strong execution, communication, and debugging skills.
- Understanding of and ability to prioritize unit and integration testing.
