Responsibilities
- Design and build AI Harness capabilities for SRE / DevOps scenarios.
- Drive the development of an automated Root Cause Analysis (RCA) system.
- Build AIOps platform capabilities for intelligent alerting and fault remediation.
- Collaborate with R&D, SRE, and business teams to integrate AI into operational processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with 8+ years of experience.
- Strong software architecture skills, familiar with microservices and distributed systems.
- Experience in LLM application development and understanding of AI production challenges.
- Proficient in at least one mainstream development language like Java, Python, or Go.
- Familiar with cloud-native technologies and common middleware.
