Responsibilities
- Develop and orchestrate end-to-end deployment plans across customer, professional services, and partner teams.
- Onboard implementation teams, clear technical and capacity blockers, manage timelines, and ensure deployment readiness.
- Use coding, debugging, and systems design to accelerate customer deployments.
- Track workload ramp from agreement through consumption and support ongoing product usage.
- Identify expansion opportunities and help customers realize value for future renewals.
- Comply with company health and safety policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Six years of experience with cloud-native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
- Experience in deployment planning, orchestration, or change management.
- Experience with programming languages, debugging, or systems design.
- Experience presenting to or working with technical stakeholders or executive leaders.
- Fluency in English and Polish, Romanian, or Czech.
- Preferred experience selling technical solutions in infrastructure modernization, application modernization, data management, data analytics, AI, networking, migrations, or security.
- Preferred experience with Google Cloud products, competitive differentiation, product and capacity teams, and object-oriented programming languages such as Python or Java.
