Responsibilities

Collaborate with sales reps and leaders to develop revenue growth strategies.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to define programmatic strategies for customer engagement.
Design and implement multi-channel campaigns to nurture key personas.
Provide regional support to sales teams across Australia, Japan, and South East Asia.
Use data to measure and optimize customer growth initiatives.
Plan and manage events, webinars, and networking opportunities.
Meet weekly with the sales team to ensure alignment on marketing priorities.

15+ years in Enterprise B2B marketing, demand generation, or digital marketing.
Data and metrics-focused with experience in various MarTech solutions.
Prior experience developing and implementing ABM programs.
Strategic self-starter with strong cross-functional project management skills.
Comfortable forecasting, reporting, and managing a budget.
A can-do attitude and ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
Some travel expected.
