Responsibilities
- Learn the team’s development tools, best practices, and programming concepts with mentor guidance.
- Collaborate with peers across software development activities.
- Independently complete simple coding tasks.
- Learn the team’s business domain basics within one month and detailed knowledge within three months.
- Participate in design discussions and provide input.
- Document, implement, and test high-quality software features with peer and mentor assistance.
- Participate constructively in code reviews and submit code for review.
Requirements
- Current enrollment in a four-year degree program in Computer Science or a related field.
- Basic programming skills in Java.
- Strong teamwork, analytical, problem-solving, organizational, interpersonal, verbal communication, written communication, documentation, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
