Base Salary
$180k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain the deployment Golden Path for fast, reliable, and secure code production.
- Build and scale CI/CD systems focusing on deterministic builds and developer productivity.
- Implement automated security controls to ensure compliance with security standards.
- Manage production environments using strategies like canary releases and blue/green deployments.
- Own and evolve the Kubernetes platform and infrastructure configuration.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to eliminate delivery bottlenecks and enable independent shipping.
- Identify opportunities to reduce operational toil and improve deployment safety.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Platform Engineering, Release Engineering, DevOps, or related roles.
- Demonstrated experience in operating and scaling production systems with a focus on reliability and security.
- Proven success in building and optimizing CI/CD pipelines in cloud-native environments.
- Deep experience with Kubernetes and Helm in production settings.
- Strong understanding of Infrastructure as Code and configuration management.
- Experience with modern deployment and GitOps tooling.
- Hands-on experience with security tooling integration in delivery pipelines.
- Strong knowledge of Linux systems, networking, containers, and distributed systems.
- Excellent communication skills for effective remote collaboration.
