Responsibilities

Maintain continuous dialogue with business stakeholders to understand requirements and processes.
Design and implement technical solutions, including error corrections, small assignments, and projects.
Maintain stable and reliable SAP IS-U and SAP CRM solutions.
Ensure implemented changes meet business needs and comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Collaborate with business users, functional consultants, and other IT departments.
Contribute to quality assurance activities.
Coach and support colleagues through proactive knowledge sharing.

Relevant developer skills and experience with SAP IS-U.
Strong ABAP OO, BADI, integration technologies, S/4HANA-related modeling and development, and ABAP performance tuning skills.
Additional knowledge of CRM, web services, Web Client development, workflow, and SAP modules including IS-U, PM, SD, and CRM is desirable.
Knowledge of the Swedish utility market is desirable.
Strong communication, creative, analytical, and learning-oriented skills.
Fluency in spoken and written English.
Ability and willingness to coach and support colleagues.
