Responsibilities
- Maintain continuous dialogue with business stakeholders to understand requirements and processes.
- Design and implement technical solutions, including error corrections, small assignments, and projects.
- Maintain stable and reliable SAP IS-U and SAP CRM solutions.
- Ensure implemented changes meet business needs and comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Collaborate with business users, functional consultants, and other IT departments.
- Contribute to quality assurance activities.
- Coach and support colleagues through proactive knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Relevant developer skills and experience with SAP IS-U.
- Strong ABAP OO, BADI, integration technologies, S/4HANA-related modeling and development, and ABAP performance tuning skills.
- Additional knowledge of CRM, web services, Web Client development, workflow, and SAP modules including IS-U, PM, SD, and CRM is desirable.
- Knowledge of the Swedish utility market is desirable.
- Strong communication, creative, analytical, and learning-oriented skills.
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
- Ability and willingness to coach and support colleagues.
