Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Develop a new compiler for machine learning networks targeting AMD AI-engine hardware and the Vitis-AI and Ryzen-AI software platforms.
- Apply data-driven and structured approaches to compiler analysis and optimization.
- Contribute to algorithms, innovation, and architectural design changes.
- Debug and resolve existing issues while evaluating more efficient alternatives.
- Collaborate with senior developers, domain experts, technical leads, peers, and geographically distributed engineering teams.
Requirements
- Strong programming skills in C++.
- Experience with a compilation stack targeting a custom hardware accelerator.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field, or equivalent.
- Knowledge of MLIR and its dialects is preferred.
- Experience with modern source control systems such as GitHub is preferred.
- Knowledge of machine learning model structures is preferred.
- Experience with AI agents for development or qualification tasks is preferred.
