Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy advanced AI Agentic Solutions.
- Implement agent-based AI solutions using the Workato platform.
- Create intelligent workflows utilizing multi-agent collaboration.
- Deploy Retrieval-Augmented Generation systems for real-time responses.
- Develop advanced prompting and memory management techniques.
- Troubleshoot and analyze AI-driven architectures.
- Maintain scalable AI-powered IT workflows.
- Monitor and improve AI system performance.
- Collaborate with customers to deliver tailored AI solutions.
- Integrate AI workflows into existing IT frameworks.
- Contribute to internal process improvements and knowledge sharing.
- Assist in creating technical and design specifications.
- Translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
Requirements
- BTech/BE or higher in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field.
- 4+ years of relevant experience, including 1 year with Workato.
- Proven experience in AI engineering focused on agent-based systems.
- Ability to design and implement scalable AI-driven workflows.
- Knowledge of integration projects and automation technologies.
- Experience with integration platforms like Workato, TIBCO, or MuleSoft is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of APIs and data structures.
- Hands-on experience with Java, Python, or Ruby.
- Understanding of technology trends in app integration.
- Experience with cloud business apps like Workday or Salesforce is a plus.
- Knowledge of Microservices or API-based integration architecture is a plus.
