Responsibilities

  • Support monitoring, maintenance, and ongoing improvement of systems, services, and tools that enable software delivery and operations.
  • Assist with deploying new capabilities and enhancements while applying DevOps principles and practices.
  • Develop, maintain, and automate tools and processes within an agile squad.
  • Contribute to continuous integration and continuous delivery initiatives.
  • Help build new solutions and migrate existing capabilities to modern technology platforms.
  • Automate processes and interfaces while contributing to infrastructure and operational standards.
  • Collaborate with developers, operations teams, and technology partners to support system reliability and performance.
  • Contribute to technical documentation, knowledge sharing, and operational best practices.

Requirements

  • Be currently enrolled in at least the second year of a post-secondary degree or diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
  • Be a student at a Canadian college or university returning to school after the work term or requiring a placement for graduation.
  • Demonstrate strong academic achievement, technology interest, analytical problem-solving skills, communication skills, organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Be able to work collaboratively and independently while learning new technologies and taking on challenges.
  • Preferred qualifications include exposure to cloud computing, programming, automation, scripting, DevOps concepts, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, APIs, microservices, distributed systems, or team-based academic and agile projects.
