Responsibilities
- Develop, support, enhance, and maintain software solutions used in warehouse management and contract logistics operations.
- Support strategic and tactical technology initiatives aligned with business and customer roadmaps.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production system issues.
- Support new product launches, business implementations, and application improvements.
- Collaborate with global IT, infrastructure, security, project management, integration, business systems, quality assurance, and operations teams.
- Help ensure system reliability, performance, and service delivery against agreed targets.
- Follow software development lifecycle, change management, and service management practices.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- Exposure to the OpenEdge application development platform is required.
- Around two or more years of experience in an IT or software development environment.
- Knowledge of software development methodologies, relational databases, web technologies, and system integrations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with multicultural and cross-functional teams.
