Responsibilities
- Articulate F5 product strategy, messaging, positioning, value propositions, and solutions aligned with customer business objectives.
- Provide technical expertise through sales presentations, solution designs, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept engagements.
- Determine opportunity viability and map organizational structures within complex global accounts.
- Drive the sales process with account managers by identifying champions and obtaining technical validation, support, and sponsorship.
- Provide customer service throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Collaborate with internal technical and sales resources and share expertise and best practices.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of related industry experience.
- BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience.
- Previous Solutions Engineer experience with Orange or a global telecommunications provider.
- Knowledge and experience with data centers, virtualization, cloud computing, and AI factory infrastructures.
- Experience with service provider mobile network architectures and 3GPP 4G/5G protocols, particularly packet core and Telco Cloud infrastructures.
- Knowledge of modern network data center infrastructures, high-speed connections, IP routing, and BGP-EVPN.
- Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and container orchestration solutions such as Kubernetes and OpenShift.
- Experience with RFx processes and knowledge of network and application security.
- Familiarity with F5 technology or similar industry solution deployment, AI knowledge, and relevant certifications are preferred.
- Fluent verbal and written English communication skills.
