Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to customers and executive stakeholders across complex Missionforce engagements.
- Lead architectural strategy, discovery, solution scoping, presales, delivery execution, and program vision.
- Design scalable Salesforce solutions, translate current-state complexity into target-state architectures, and close capability gaps.
- Define business requirements, write user stories, and produce detailed system and functional designs.
- Document business processes and wireframe system designs using process flow diagrams, UML, and sequence diagrams.
- Identify and manage risks, negotiate complex solutions, and correct project or program direction to keep engagements on track.
- Guide customers and colleagues on emerging technologies and Salesforce best practices.
- Lead strategic consulting initiatives and contribute to the practice’s knowledge base and delivery methodology.
- Present recommendations and complex concepts clearly to customers, colleagues, and stakeholders at varied organizational levels.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of relevant experience in enterprise architecture or Salesforce Platform consulting across the full lifecycle, with repeated demonstrable success.
- Expertise in Salesforce configuration and architectural strategy, including translating current-state complexity into target-state designs and delivering mission-aligned outcomes.
- Experience leading discovery sessions, defining business requirements, writing user stories, and creating detailed system and functional designs.
- Experience documenting business processes and wireframing system designs using process flow diagrams, UML, and sequence diagrams.
- Strong written, verbal, presentation, listening, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
- A degree or equivalent relevant experience is required.
- Preferred: Metro DC location and an active Secret, TS, TS/SCI, or TS/SCI with Poly clearance.
- Preferred: multiple Salesforce Core Architecture certifications.
- Preferred: public-sector digital transformation experience and hands-on experience with Public Sector Solutions (Agentforce Public Sector).
- Preferred: application design and development background and the ability to convey best practices across large organizations.
- U.S. citizenship, no dual citizenship, completion of a U.S. federal government background investigation, and eligibility to obtain and maintain the required security clearance are required.
