Responsibilities
- Build optimizers, code generators, runtime libraries, and orchestration layers for computation across heterogeneous hardware.
- Work across the full compute pipeline, from high-level system orchestration to low-level performance optimization.
- Analyze hardware behavior and compute graphs, and optimize performance-critical paths.
- Create cohesive products spanning the machine learning frameworks stack.
- Solve technical problems for the firm’s traders and research environment.
Requirements
- Comfort moving between programming languages and selecting the appropriate tool for the problem.
- Interest in understanding compilation and how software executes on hardware.
- Ability to learn and work effectively across unfamiliar parts of a technical stack.
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and identify their underlying needs.
- No specific finance background, language expertise, or years of experience are required.
