Responsibilities
- Develop modern C++ software libraries for Qualcomm Hexagon processors.
- Design and performance-tune C++ code for embedded systems.
- Develop model-analysis tools for internal and external customers.
- Use cross-compiler toolchains for Android, embedded Linux, and QNX.
- Address issues in existing and past Qualcomm AI products.
- Implement and optimize machine-learning operations on Hexagon processors.
- Debug customer machine-learning use cases executing on the Qualcomm AI Stack.
- Participate in software quality process improvements and collaborate across globally diverse teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Three or more years of relevant work experience.
- Experience with modern C++ language features, mathematical algorithms, fast math libraries, and vector instruction sets.
- Practical experience developing middleware or firmware software and multitasking or multithreading drivers.
- Experience with the Hexagon DSP SDK or embedded-system cross-compiler toolchains.
- Familiarity with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or ONNX.
- Experience with Git, Linux, JIRA, and Docker.
- Knowledge of design patterns.
