Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, design, development, configuration, and execution of application development activities.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert and primary point of contact for application-related activities.
- Make team decisions and provide technical solutions across immediate and multiple teams.
- Design and optimize data models and queries in cloud-based data warehousing environments.
- Support data integration and ETL processes for large-scale data platforms.
- Troubleshoot complex application performance and data-processing issues.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders.
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate development work to meet project objectives.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience with Google BigQuery.
- Proficiency in Google BigQuery.
- Experience designing and optimizing data models and queries in cloud-based data warehousing environments.
- Strong knowledge of data integration techniques and ETL processes for large-scale data platforms.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues involving application performance and data processing.
- Familiarity with scripting and automation for data workflows.
- Experience working in collaborative development environments and using version control systems.
- Completion of 15 years of full-time education.
