Base Salary
$200k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own and operate enterprise chat platforms supporting the firm globally.
- Lead strategy, planning, and execution of chat platform transitions.
- Design user-friendly transition approaches to reduce friction.
- Administer and optimize chat platform environments.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and recordkeeping requirements.
- Work with security and compliance partners for governance.
- Automate workflows to improve reliability and reduce toil.
- Develop end-user enablement materials and lead rollouts.
- Manage vendor relationships for chat platforms.
- Lead incident response for production issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- 8 years of experience with enterprise chat platforms in regulated environments.
- 5 years administering chat platforms in production.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Teams administration.
- Proven ability to facilitate integration and automation requests.
- Familiarity with chat platform APIs and bot frameworks.
- Experience supporting chat platform integrations in regulated environments.
- Strong change management instincts and communication skills.
- Ability to work onsite in New York or Stamford, CT.
