Responsibilities
- Design and maintain foundational systems for product engineers.
- Optimize developer workflows to enhance engineering velocity.
- Translate your vision of engineering practices into code and systems.
- Identify and address friction points in the developer experience.
- Create systemic solutions that improve overall team efficiency.
Requirements
- Experience building and owning foundational systems relied upon by other engineers.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and make progress without fully specified problems.
- Understanding of the balance between ideal solutions and velocity.
- Preference for systemic fixes over one-off solutions.
- Experience working closely with other engineers as an enabler.
